Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand sale periods may take a little longer to process.
Shipping Time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other unexpected delays.
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 working days after the order is shipped. Remote locations or areas with limited courier service may take extra time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. We may also offer free shipping or special shipping discounts during promotional offers.
For BUY 1 GET 1 FREE orders, shipping charges may apply according to the total order value and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the order tracking page, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.
Customers are requested to track their order and stay available at the delivery address during the expected delivery time.
Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address, including house number, street, area, city, state, PIN code, and contact number.
JapaaniBalm is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, or return caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel.
Failed Delivery
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping may require additional delivery charges.
If a prepaid order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
Damaged or Leaked Product During Delivery
We pack our products carefully, but if you receive a damaged, leaked, wrong, or missing product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must share clear product photos, package photos, order details, and an unboxing video if available. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Delays Beyond Our Control
JapaaniBalm is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, strikes, festivals, weather problems, government restrictions, incorrect customer details, or other situations beyond our control.
International Shipping
Currently, JapaaniBalm may only deliver within selected serviceable locations in India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, updated details will be mentioned on our website.
