Refund policy
At JapaaniBalm, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We always try to deliver quality products with safe packaging and a smooth shopping experience.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used balm jars cannot be returned. A return request will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, leaked, expired, wrong, or missing from the order.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear product photos, package photos, and an unboxing video if available. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to the customer’s original payment method or UPI/bank account. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Replacement
If the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, based on the issue and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund. We also do not accept returns for personal preference issues such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance, or wrong order placed by the customer.

For products purchased under the BUY 1 GET 1 FREE offer, both jars must be returned together if a return is approved. Partial returns will not be accepted under this offer.
