Cancellation Policy

At JapaaniBalm, we try to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation only before the order is shipped or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, customers must contact JapaaniBalm customer support as soon as possible with the order number, registered phone number, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will confirm the cancellation and process the refund, if payment has already been made.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or customer’s UPI/bank account. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled from our side. Customers may refuse the delivery only in valid cases, but shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to cancel the order before dispatch. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may affect future Cash on Delivery availability.

BUY 1 GET 1 FREE Offer

For orders placed under the BUY 1 GET 1 FREE offer, cancellation will apply to the complete offer order. Partial cancellation of only one jar from the offer may not be accepted.

Cancellation by JapaaniBalm

JapaaniBalm reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, incomplete address, incorrect contact details, delivery location unavailability, or any other operational reason.

If JapaaniBalm cancels a prepaid order, the full eligible refund will be processed to the customer.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed after confirmation. The refund timeline may depend on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway.
